Ode zhigo Ode (Heart to Heart) is a five-year community-driven and research-based project that focuses on creating a teen dating violence prevention curriculum and program from an Indigenous-designed lens. There are four major components to our project:
A culturally adapted curriculum
An Indigenous-specific teen dating violence prevention program
A Youth summit in the final year and a knowledge dissemination process
An Indigenized Life Story Board tool
